Stress is defined as a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or very demanding circumstances. Extended and/or extreme stress can be debilitating.
Extremely stressful situations such as the loss of a loved one or a difficult break up are easy to identify. Extended stress, such as demanding work or home situations or major changes in our lifestyle tends to build slowly and often can sneak up on us.

While drugs and alcohol are ways to avoid stress, herbal remedies can be used to ease the process of dealing with our stress.

Dosage
Emotional Ease© may be employed as a primary formula, as an emergency formula for acute emotional situations, or as a sleep aid. As a primary formula you may take 30 – 90 drops 3 times per day. As an emergency formula for acute emotional situations you may take 30 – 60 drops every hour, until the extreme symptoms subside, up to 12 times per day. For sleep you may take 60 – 150 drops ½ hour to 1 hour before bed. Another dose may be taken one hour later, if needed.*
