Collective Happiness Formula Ingredients:

He Huan Pi: Collective Happiness Bark - Sourced from ChoZen Regenerative Farm
The “Star” herb of the show He Huan Pi (Albizzia Bark) is renowned for its historical use in cultivation and alchemy to promote joy and holiness! When combined with meditation practices it can help take us to a space beyond spiritual suffering.

In Chinese medicine, He Huan Pi is a Shen, or Spirit-Calming Herb. This means it calms the soul, liberates the imagination, clears the fog of the senses, softens the spiritual heart, and connects us to our breath and spirit. Modern research is revealing the possible role of He Huan Pi in supporting a healthy mood, once again justifying its name as Collective Happiness Bark.

Fu Shen: Poria with Pine Root
Known in cultivation circles as Four Season Special Mushroom, Fu Shen and its ‘earthy wisdom” is said to carry the energy and spirit of all four seasons. Fu Shen is a mushroom that grows underground on the pine root and contains the solid wisdom of the root, the adaptability of the mushroom, and the elegance of the symbiotic relationship between the two. It grows on the pine root, which is long admired in alchemy and evergreen and the root contains the qi, and spirit of all four seasons.
Fu Shen has a long history of being used in Taoist alchemy and pre-Taoist shamanism to cultivate awareness, spiritual development, and an enhanced relationship with the subtle world.

Sang Bai Pi: Mulberry Bark
Mulberry Bark is a very old herb in Chinese medicine, cultivated for at least 4,000 years! It is an excellent and important herb for “the breath” and all breathing activities/exercises like dance, yoga, and walks in the woods. When combined with He Huan Pi it is known to support a healthy mood.
